What are your opening hours?expand_more
We know life in Addis is busy. That's why we are open 24/7 for Premium members. For Standard members, our hours are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. We are centrally located in Bole, just behind Friendship Mall.
What payment methods do you accept?expand_more
We accept cash at the front desk, major credit/debit cards, and mobile payments. You can easily pay via Telebirr (Merchant ID: 123456) or CBE Birr. Just show the confirmation SMS to our receptionist.
Do you offer personal training?expand_more
Absolutely! We have a team of certified trainers specializing in weight loss, bodybuilding, and general fitness. You can book a free 30-minute consultation to discuss your goals before committing to a package.
Can I freeze my membership?expand_more
Yes. If you are traveling or have a medical issue, you can freeze your membership for up to 3 months within a 12-month period. A small administrative fee of 200 ETB applies per freeze request.
Is there parking available?expand_more
We provide free underground parking for all members for up to 2 hours. The entrance is on the side street. Security guards are present 24/7 to ensure vehicle safety.
